Standard Contractual Clauses (Data Processing).

The EU Standard Contractual Clauses (“SCC”) issued by the European Commission apply to the transfer and processing of personal data within the scope of Art. 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The regulations and obligations contained therein are binding on all parties and are not amendable. The SCCs set out the expected level of protection expected by the EU in the area of data processing and data protection. They are part of the signed declaration of data processing and therefore also part of the Supplier Standard Terms and Conditions. For data processing outside the EU, the requirements and regulations of the third countries stated within the declaration of data processing also apply.

For data processing within the EU, we refer to the SCC and EU Decision 2021/915.

For data processing outside of the EU, we refer to the SCC and EU Decision 2021/914
