How do I Refer a Friend or Share a Business Lead with K2?

You can supplement your income by referring your friends or colleagues to K2, by sharing a hiring requirement with us or by introducing us to a hiring manager (or all 3!). K2 pays cash rewards when the information you share results in a placement. You’ll also earn points in our Elevate reward program.

To get started:

  1. Go to the Ready to a Share & Earn section.
  2. Select the business lead section to share information about a hiring need or select the refer a friend tab to refer a friend or colleague to K2, complete as many fields as possible, and select Submit.

All payouts for CONTRACT PLACEMENTS due will be invoiced after the first timesheet is approved and the invoice is raised to their region of residence. For PERMANENT PLACEMENTS, 50% will be invoiced after the candidate signs the offer letter/contract and 50% upon completion of the Guarantee Period.

Program Notes

Referrers are eligible for potential Share & Earn cash payouts for:

  • Referring individuals for training.
  • For referring companies for training and introducing a K2 University associate to the decision-maker.

 

Program notes:

  • Referrers are eligible for a payout after the information shared has generated a training solutions sale.
  • The payout amount is based on the location of the person or company being referred.
  • The payout for a company training referrals may be modified by K2 depending on the revenue generated from the sale. 
  • To be eligible for a payout for company training referral, the referrer must help schedule a meeting or/call with the decision-maker to be eligible.
  • If multiple referrals are made by the same individual, they may be eligible for payouts for each referral that results in a sale.
  • We process payouts by a bank transfer within 30 days of receiving all required payment information from the referrer and after the buyer of training has paid K2 in full.
  • Referral payouts will be eligible if 
    • a) the information doesn not already exist in K2’s database, or 
    • b) if the information does exist in K2’s database, but there has been no contact between K2 and the referral in the previous 60 days.
  • Referral payouts may be made for sales of official courses, tailor-made courses, academies, and user training in any technology (including soft skills training).
  • Referrals must result in a sale within 90 calendar days of the information being submitted to qualify for payout.
  • The information must be entered on the K2 University website or via K2 Konnect.
  • Payouts do not change based on the sale’s contract length or value resulting from the referral.
  • If a training solution does not start for any reason, no payout will be due.
  • Final rulings on any element of eligibility for payout will reside with K2 Partnering Solutions.

  • K2 Partnering Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
