As part of K2’s drive to create workspaces that nurture collaboration and that better reflect our company culture, we have moved to new offices in Frankfurt and Madrid. Company expansion has given us the opportunity to relocate to new workspaces with outstanding facilities and spaces that give employees a chance to decompress.

In the early weeks of 2019, we moved from Schillerstraße to Börsenstraße (literally, ‘Stock Exchange Street’) in the heart of the city. The team thrives from the fast-paced atmosphere in Frankfurt, a financial hub and home of the European Central Bank.

One of our favourite parts of the new Frankfurt office is its rooftop terrace. Here our team can relax in the sunshine, enjoying the beautiful views of the city and the Frankfurt Skyliner.  We can also entertain clients and external visitors there! K2 encourages collaboration and communication among all teams. The new office in Frankfurt is an open-plan design and spacious, encouraging teamwork within our supportive K2 family.

Our Frankfurt office offers many features to create a relaxed environment and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. For example, we have three different chill-out areas with comfy sofas and bean bags, as well as a football table and we provide standing desks for anyone who wants to get moving throughout the day!

Meanwhile, in Spain, K2’s office in Madrid can now be found on the exclusive Calle de Goya. This road boasts beautiful buildings in the city.

Our new central location features large shops from all over the world that are not so common in Spain, making it a vibrant place for both expats and locals. It also means that there are many transport links, so it’s easier for our team to commute.

The new Madrid office encourages openness and collaboration, just like our Frankfurt office. The layout allows the team to communicate easily with each other, developing both professional and personal relationships. For example, the kitchen has a large ‘L’ shaped table where the team normally enjoys lunch together, chat or a cup of coffee. There is also a chill-out area with a glass board, where the team can share ideas and relax.

The Madrid office also has plans for their large room, the Aula Magna. The plan is for this space to be used for larger events. Our K2 University team will also be running training and sessions in there. With this room, K2 will be able to showcase their services in an internal venue.

We still have a few empty chairs to fill as we are growing our teams in both Frankfurt and Madrid. If you would like to become part of our team in either of these offices, don’t hesitate to send us a message at!
