JD (Summary):

• Lead end-to-end SPM implementation (Demand, PPM, Resource Mgmt, Financials, Portfolio Planning)
• Act as architect + hands-on developer
• Run client workshops, gather requirements, and design solutions
• Configure and develop (flows, scripting, integrations)
• Ensure OOTB best practices & platform governance
• Support UAT as needed with customer , deployment, and hypercare

Profile Needed:

• Very strong hands-on senior consultant (not pure architect)
• Able to work independently as lead (1-man show)
• Client-facing, good communication
• Preferred: CIS-SPM, CSA
