Core Objective Act as the primary technical authority and owner of the enterprise ServiceNow platform, ensuring architectural governance, operational stability, and strategic continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Governance & Architecture: Define technical standards and approve all platform customizations/integrations.
• Module Ownership: Oversee and evolve ITSM, CMDB, Service Mapping, and SecOps solutions.
• Upgrade Management: Lead ServiceNow Family Release Upgrades (planning, ATF testing, and deployment).
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Interface with ServiceNow and system integrators; align platform roadmap with IT leadership.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years as a ServiceNow Solution Architect in complex, multi-vendor enterprise environments.
• Expertise: Strong hands-on knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, SecOps, Upgrades, ACLs, and platform performance.
• Certifications (Preferred): CSA, CIS (ITSM/CMDB/SecOps). A CTA certification is a strong plus.
• Soft Skills: Leadership, senior stakeholder management, and a structured, governance-oriented mindset.
