Context

The client is looking for experienced ServiceNow Order Management Developer to design and enhance order management solutions within a large-scale, highly integrated international technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions using ServiceNow Order Management.
• Configure order capture, decomposition, orchestration and fulfilment workflows.
• Develop workflows, business rules, scripts and platform customizations.
• Build integrations with external applications and enterprise systems.
• Support complex order lifecycle and process automation requirements.
• Troubleshoot, optimize and maintain existing solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts and integration teams.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow Order Management.
• Strong understanding of order lifecycle, orchestration and fulfilment.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs and JavaScript.
• Strong integration and ServiceNow data model knowledge.
• Experience working with large-scale, transaction-intensive enterprise platforms.
• Strong English communication skills.

Key requirement: Proven hands-on ServiceNow Order Management development and implementation experience.
