Context

The client is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Now Assist Architect to support the design and implementation of Generative AI capabilities within a large-scale ServiceNow environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow Now Assist solutions.
• Define architecture for GenAI and AI-driven ServiceNow use cases.
• Configure and extend Now Assist skills, prompts and AI Agents.
• Integrate AI capabilities with ServiceNow workflows, knowledge and enterprise systems.
• Define best practices around security, governance and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership to ServiceNow development and platform teams.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Technical/Solution Architect.
• Hands-on experience with Now Assist / ServiceNow Generative AI.
• Experience with AI Agents, AI Skill Kit and prompt engineering.
• Strong ServiceNow platform and integration expertise.
• Good understanding of LLMs, GenAI architecture and AI governance.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB or Knowledge Management is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.
