We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a complex enterprise technology initiative involving SAP, system integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities within a regulated pharmaceutical/life sciences environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a complex enterprise project involving SAP integrations, multiple enterprise systems, and AI-enabled functionality.
• Manage global stakeholders across the US, Canada, and India.
• Communicate effectively with senior and executive-level leadership.
• Coordinate technical, business, and external teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive project planning, governance, risks, dependencies, timelines, and delivery.
• Navigate pharmaceutical compliance and validation requirements.
• Support an initiative focused on improving efficiency, analysis, and customer/end-user communications through integrated systems and AI capabilities.

Required Experience

• Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager leading large enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience.
• Experience managing SAP integration/interface projects involving multiple enterprise systems.
• Experience delivering projects involving AI, GenAI, AI agents, or other AI-enabled capabilities.
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to work effectively with architects, developers, integration teams, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
