Context

The client is looking for a Senior Conga CPQ Developer to design, develop and optimize CPQ solutions within a complex Salesforce environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy Conga CPQ solutions within Salesforce.
• Lead end-to-end CPQ implementation and enhancement activities.
• Configure product bundles, pricing rules and quote generation.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable CPQ solutions.
• Develop and maintain solutions using Conga Composer.
• Integrate Conga CPQ with Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Define functional specifications, workflows and integrations.
• Drive CPQ process automation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, IT and technical teams.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience with Conga CPQ.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Conga CPQ development and configuration.
• Strong Conga Composer experience – mandatory.
• Strong Salesforce platform knowledge.
• Experience with product configuration, pricing, quoting and CPQ workflows.
• Experience integrating Conga CPQ with Salesforce and external systems.
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Immediate or very short notice availability.
