Our client is seeking a Solution Architect to support the digital transformation of its business and technology landscape. This role requires a strong ability to engage with stakeholders, translate business needs into effective technology solutions, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Working closely with Product, Business and IT teams, you will design innovative software solutions while ensuring compliance with architecture governance and strategic technology objectives. The role sits within agile team and squads delivering initiatives across multiple business domains, including distribution networks, savings, health, insurance, digital services, HR and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design solution architectures and provide recommendations across different implementation scenarios.
• Contribute to the definition of target architecture roadmaps in collaboration with Enterprise Architects.
• Challenge and validate software architecture decisions proposed by development teams.
• Map and document application and integration flows across the information system.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of solution delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
• Secure service quality and application performance by leveraging established performance frameworks and indicators.
• Ensure compliance with architecture governance, standards and best practices.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to product and engineering teams.
• Promote and enforce architecture patterns defined within the enterprise architecture framework.
• Support agile squads in designing application evolutions while ensuring alignment with key architecture principles, including resilience, lifecycle management, service consumption and interoperability.
