Our client is currently looking for an external Senior SAP OTC Consultant who will be responsible for leading and supporting end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes in SAP. This includes solution design, issue resolution (AMS), enhancements, project delivery, integration management, and driving process improvements. The role requires strong SAP SD expertise, functional leadership skills, and hands-on experience with S/4HANA OTC processes, EDI/IDOC, AATP, and FSCM Credit Management. The candidate should be willing to work in EST Working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Ownership

• Lead the end-to-end OTC (Order-to-Cash) business process across SAP SD, Billing, Pricing, Delivery, and Logistics execution.

• Act as SME for SAP SD modules including Sales, Delivery, Billing, Credit, and Return processes.

• Design and implement functional solutions aligned with business requirements.

AMS Support & Incident Management

• Handle L2/L3 support tickets with detailed RCA and permanent fix implementation.

• Daily monitoring Interfaces failures and action on failed transactions.

• Work exclusively on P1, P2, P3 & P4 tickets on defined SLA

• Continuous improvement of existing SCM Process.

• Review Functional Specifications for WRICEF developments.

• Manage end-to-end testing: SIT, UAT, Regression.

Integration

• Work closely with FI, MM, PP, TM, EWM, SCM, CPI/PI, and Master Data teams.

• Ensure smooth flow across OTC to PTP (Procure-to-Pay), Logistics, and Finance processes.

• Troubleshoot intercompany, STO, consignment, and return scenarios.

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Collaborate to work with the client logistics Business team, AMS team and ensuring business continuity

Required Skills & Experience:

Functional:

• 8–12 years’ experience in SAP OTC / SAP SD.

• Strong expertise in: 

o Sales Order Processing- (Wholesale & Ecommerce & Retail)

o Delivery & Shipping

o Billing & Invoicing

o Pricing

o Credit Management (FSCM)

o Intercompany and Third-Party processes

o Consignment, Returns, Rebates

Technical Understanding

• Debugging and log analysis skills (optional but preferred)

• Experience writing FS for interfaces, IDOCs, BAPIs, SAP enhancements (BADIs/user exits)

• Understanding of custom tables, batch jobs, workflow triggers

• IDOC monitoring and error-handling 

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication (Functional + Business-facing)

• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage high-severity issues

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certification in SD or S/4HANA Logistics

• Experience working in Agile methodology

• Domain experience in Retail, Fashion, Manufacturing.
