Mission

We are looking for an experienced SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Functional Consultant to join a global SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.

The consultant will support the implementation and rollout of OpenText VIM, working closely with Finance, Procurement and SAP teams to deliver efficient invoice management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation and rollout of OpenText VIM on SAP S/4HANA.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure and support:
  • PO and Non-PO invoice processing
  • VIM workflows
  • Business rules
  • Approval processes
  • Exception handling
  • Invoice posting
• Support integration between OpenText VIM and SAP FI/MM.
• Support invoice inbound channels.
• Produce functional specifications.
• Execute and support testing activities.
• Resolve functional defects.
• Support go-live activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
• At least one end-to-end OpenText VIM implementation on SAP S/4HANA (5+ years' experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience delivering at least one multi-country VIM rollout.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • PO and Non-PO invoice processing
  • VIM workflows
  • Business rules
  • Exception management
  • Approval workflows
  • Invoice posting
• Good understanding of VIM integration with SAP FI and SAP MM.
• Experience with invoice inbound channels.
• Experience in:
  • Requirements gathering
  • Configuration
  • Functional specifications
  • Testing
  • Defect resolution
  • Go-live support

Nice to Have

• Experience with Brazil-specific invoice processing and localization.
• Knowledge of NF-e, NFS-e and Brazilian e-invoicing requirements.
• Previous OpenText VIM rollout experience in Brazil.
