We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Full-Stack Engineer to join a long-term engagement. You will join an existing development pool to execute project work across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments. This is a dynamic, hands-on engineering role requiring flexibility to transition between multiple active projects as business priorities shift. The ideal candidates are versatile developers who can pick up an unfamiliar codebase with minimal ramp-up time, execute end-to-end development (from Apex logic to Lightning Web Components), handle point-to-point REST/SOAP integrations, and participate in peer code reviews and QA processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver full-stack Salesforce solutions including custom Apex logic, Lightning Web Components (LWC), declarative flows, and complex SOQL/SOSL queries. Build, maintain, and troubleshoot point-to-point REST and SOAP web service integrations connecting Salesforce with third-party enterprise platforms. 

Execute assigned project work including new feature builds, ongoing enhancements, and complex defect resolution driven by pool priorities. 

Code Quality & Governance Provide peer Pull Request (PR) review support to maintain code quality, standards, and governor limit adherence (final PR approval retained by the Lead Platform Architect).

Execute manual testing, end-to-end (E2E) verification, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, and detailed defect logging within project-specific QA workflows.

Collaboration & Agility Partner with existing team leads and project engineers during onboarding to ensure rapid knowledge transfer and seamless integration into current project streams.

Shift focus fluidly across different projects, codebases, and priority streams as business demands adapt.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Experience: 5+ years of dedicated hands-on development experience across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Core Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in: Apex (Triggers, Asynchronous Apex, Batchable/Queueable)Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Framework Salesforce Flow (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Autolaunched )SOQL & SOSL query optimization and data modeling Cloud 

Focus: Demonstrated experience developing within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments. Integrations: Direct hands-on experience building and consuming custom REST & SOAP APIs for point-to-point data exchange. 

Testing & Quality Assurance: Experience conducting manual unit testing, writing robust Apex test classes (with high code coverage and assertion standards), and executing E2E/UAT validation workflows. 

Proven track record of stepping into existing, unfamiliar codebases and delivering results with minimal ramp-up time.
