Mission

We are seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) to support the Program Manager in the coordination of impacts regarding our Microsoft migration (on other applications) and coordinate the move from Appsheets to Power Apps. The successful candidate will play a key role in project coordination, documentation, stakeholder communication, and ensuring project governance and compliance.

Objectives and deliverables

• Project Coordination:
  • Support the Program Manager in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities and milestones regarding the interdependencies of the Microsoft Migration with the other applications in the group
  • Coordinate and lead activities within the IT department
  • Coordinate the move from Appsheets / Appscripts to Power Apps
• Documentation:
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, risk logs, key decisions and action items.
• Stakeholder Support:
  • Assist in engaging with businessrepresentatives , IT teams, and end-users to gather requirements and communicate project updates.
  • Create and animate a community for citizens developers inside the company
• Risk & Issue Management:
  • Monitor project risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Change Management:
  • Support change management activities, including user communications and training logistics.
• Quality & Compliance:
  • Ensure project activities adhere to compliance, security, and quality standards.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to process improvements for future projects
