Role: Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer with a minimun of 5 years of experience

Location: remote

Project duration: 12 months

Languages: Spanish and English

Type of project: SAP implementation for the outsourcing of logistics suppliers

Tasks: Monitoring the logistics provider outsourcing project, with a focus on SAP SD & LE, and providing support with user management and their assigned roles.

Requirements:

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability.

Your day-to-day activities will involve using standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.

Master proficiency in Packaged Application Integration is required.

Expert proficiency in SaaS Testing and Software Platforms is suggested.        

Develop and implement integration strategies that enhance application performance and reliability.       

Lead efforts to troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions that improve system stability.       

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.     

Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize application configurations and workflows.      

Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation to elevate team expertise and maintain high-quality standards.
