Project/Customer background: For a client in domotics , they are looking for a Microsoft Navision 2017 helpdesk consultant, helping them manage their inreased number of tickets.

Current Phase: AMS

Duration: 31\12\2026

Language: Italian

Skills:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision 2017
• 2–5 years of professional experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 (Navision).
• Proven track record in ticket management, technical troubleshooting, and providing end-user support within an ERP environment
• Deep understanding of core business processes, specifically Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Finance
• Prior experience or foundational knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central) is highly desirable.
