Job Description

You will be working on cutting-edge projects. We believe in leveraging AI and agentic coding to enhance development efficiency. You will build scalable, high-performance backend systems while also taking ownership of frontend integrations to deliver seamless fullstack solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and develop high-performance microservice applications using modern Java (Spring Boot or Quarkus).

Support frontend tasks and bridge the gap between complex backend architectures and user-facing applications.

Design, deploy, and operate scalable infrastructure exclusively on AWS.

Utilize AI and agentic coding tools to enhance development output and process efficiency.

Apply Clean Code and SOLID principles, ensuring rigorous automated testing (unit and integration).

Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and work seamlessly with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.

Communicate clearly and collaborate daily with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in modern Java and microservice frameworks (Spring Boot or Quarkus).

Solid understanding of frontend development (HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript/TypeScript).

Proven, hands-on experience exclusively with AWS cloud services (AWS certifications are a strong plus).

Deep knowledge of database access (PostgreSQL), ORM concepts, and API design (REST, GraphQL, gRPC).

Experience with tools like Git, Jira, Confluence, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

Consulting mindset: Proactive team player, critical thinker, and capable of challenging the status quo.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
