JOB SUMMARY

A CxO / Executive Officer-level mandate to lead major enterprises' AI Transformation (AX) — from strategic design through execution and adoption — leveraging JAPAN AI's full product suite (CHAT / STUDIO / AGENT / SPEECH / SALES / MARKETING / HR / CALL). The successful candidate will scale the newly established Deployment Strategy Division from launch to full growth (1→100), owning full P&L responsibility for JPY 300–500M in year-one revenue, growing to JPY 1.5–2.0B within three years. Holding a dual role across Geniee's AI/DX Strategy Headquarters and JAPAN AI, this leader will drive everything end-to-end — from strategic proposals at the executive committee and board level through to on-the-ground delivery.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience as a business/P&L leader at a strategy consulting firm or operating company

• Proven track record overseeing enterprise DX/AI implementation projects

• Track record of operating a business with annual revenue of JPY 500M+, or delivering comparable-scale impact

• Demonstrated success negotiating, proposing to, and building relationships directly with CxOs and senior leadership at major enterprises

• Experience building an organization from the ground up (0→1) or scaling one (1→10), including management of teams of 20+

• Deep understanding of technology trends and the ability to translate them into business terms (able to explain concepts such as RAG and AI agents to executive audiences)

• Native-level Japanese (essential for executive negotiations, contract discussions, and governance operations)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience launching and growing a SaaS business (track record of scaling ARR to JPY 1B+)

• Technology leadership experience as a CTO, CPO, CDO, or similar

• Experience as an Executive Officer or Board Director at a listed company, or one preparing for IPO

• Business-level English communication skills (for engagement with global partners)

• Track record of thought leadership through conference speaking, publishing, or media appearances

• Business-leader, Partner, or MD-level experience at organizations such as Palantir, a Big Four firm, McKinsey, BCG, or similar strategy consultancies
