We are looking for a Mid-Level Power Platform Developer to support the development, enhancement, and sustainment of business solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

Position: Power Platform Developer (Mid-Level)

Role Overview

The Power Platform Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, ensuring compliance with established development standards, governance policies, security requirements, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices.

The professional will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and governance teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions. English fluency (Advanced) is a must!

Key Responsibilities

Solution Development

·         Design and develop Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).

·         Build and maintain Power Automate workflows.

·         Develop and maintain Dataverse-based solutions.

·         Create integrations with corporate systems, APIs, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SAP, and other enterprise platforms.

·         Develop reusable components and solution templates.

Governance & Quality

·         Follow established Power Platform governance standards.

·         Apply ALM best practices using Solutions and deployment pipelines.

·         Ensure compliance with security, access management, and DLP policies.

·         Perform testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance activities.

·         Maintain proper technical documentation for developed solutions.

Operations & Support

·         Support incident resolution and production troubleshooting.

·         Perform enhancements and continuous improvements to existing applications.

·         Monitor solution performance, reliability, and adoption.

·         Assist during deployment, hypercare, and transition-to-support activities.

Business Engagement

·         Participate in requirements gathering sessions and solution design workshops.

·         Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

·         Support user testing and solution adoption activities.
