We are looking for a Contract Logistics Customer Solutions Engineer to design innovative and cost-effective logistics solutions for new and existing customers across Italy.

Key responsibilities:

• Design warehouse and supply chain solutions, including layouts, process flows and resource models.

• Analyse operational requirements, volumes and costs to develop scalable solutions.

• Support RFQs, RFPs, tenders and customer presentations.

• Work closely with Operations, Business Development, Finance and IT.

• Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Contract Logistics, Solution Design or Industrial Engineering.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and logistics operations.

• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

• Strong analytical, project management and communication skills.

• Fluent in Italian and English.

Location: They are hiring primarily in Milan, but candidates can also be considered for other Kuehne+Nagel offices across Italy (Milan, Turin, Venice, Mantua, Genoa, Bologna, Verona, Rome, Florence, Bari, Ancona, Livorno, Bergamo, Lodi, Pavia, Udine, Termoli, Prato and other locations).

Salary: €46–51K + €5K annual bonus.
