The person will work closely with SMEs and warehouse leadership to compare as-is vs. to-be processes, identify operational changes, develop change communications, help create training materials, coordinate training across shifts and support adoption/go-live readiness. They will also support Day-in-the-Life/dress-rehearsal exercises and capture lessons learned/improvements before go-live.

Must-haves:

• Experience executing change management for major software/business-process implementations
• Strong communications and stakeholder management
• Training development/coordination experience
• Able to understand/document as-is vs. to-be processes
• Strong PowerPoint/Excel; Visio/process-flow experience is valuable
• Proactive/go-getter personality who can work independently with SMEs

GxP/GMP, medical device/pharma/life sciences experience is preferred but NOT mandatory. Warehouse/supply chain/WMS experience is also a plus.
