We are seeking an experienced Business Relationship Manager / IT Business Analyst to act as the key liaison between manufacturing operations and IT at a major U.S. manufacturing site.

This is a highly visible, business-facing role combining business analysis, project management, stakeholder leadership, and manufacturing process knowledge. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives, translate operational requirements into actionable solutions, and partner with both business and IT teams to deliver transformation and continuous improvement projects.

Deep technical expertise is not required. The priority is someone with strong project management, business analysis, manufacturing, and stakeholder management experience who can learn the organization's specific IT applications and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between local manufacturing/business teams and IT.
• Lead and coordinate projects across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance/MRO, and IT.
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear project and technology requirements.
• Manage project priorities, timelines, risks, testing, deployment activities, and user adoption.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with business leaders, process owners, and technical teams.
• Provide recommendations and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Support business applications and transformation initiatives involving ERP, PLM, MRO, manufacturing systems, integrations, reporting, and related technologies.
• Support application testing, test plans, deployments, process improvements, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with teams across multiple U.S. and international locations.
• Build strong relationships between business stakeholders and IT and ensure technology initiatives align with operational priorities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Approximately 5–8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong project management and business analysis experience.
• Experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing/business processes and operational workflows.
• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Strong requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and process improvement experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority.
• Strong leadership mentality and ability to make recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Sandpoint, Idaho.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP, PLM, MES, MRO, Teamcenter, or other manufacturing/business applications.
• Experience supporting system integrations or application implementations.
• Experience working across multiple sites or international teams.
• SAP or other ERP exposure is beneficial but not required.

• Hybrid position with approximately 3–4 days per week onsite.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
