Responsibilities:

• Functional responsibility for the business-side of the S/4HANA implementation
• Represent the requirements and interests of the business units within the project
• Manage and prioritize business topics, requirements, and decisions in the ERP environment
• Closely coordinate with IT, project management, workstream leads, and external implementation partners
• Ensure a consistent business target model for processes and system usage
• Support the harmonization and standardization of business processes
• Identify business risks, dependencies, and decision needs, and initiate appropriate measures
• Ensure business readiness for testing, training, cutover, and go-live
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination and promote effective decision-making
• Prepare management decisions and report to relevant governance bodies

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in a functional leadership role in ERP or S/4HANA transformation projects
• Strong understanding of business processes and their mapping in ERP systems
• Experience in managing functional workstreams and collaborating with IT and project organizations
• Ability to structure, prioritize, and translate business requirements into actionable measures
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
• High level of decisiveness, accountability, and execution focus
• Structured and solution-oriented working style in a dynamic project environment
