This year, for K2’s annual Incentive Trip, we whisked a selection of our top performers off to the dazzling city of Dubai. This trip is our way of celebrating the dedication and hard work of our team and freelance technology consultants from the K2 Konnect community. It offers far more than just a reward for hard work. It’s a chance to bring together our global talent and honor their incredible achievements.
In 2024, 40 exceptional people from around the world gathered in Dubai for an unforgettable week. From sales and recruitment to IT and HR, every part of K2 was represented, showcasing the diversity and strength of our team. We were also joined by the most engaged members of K2 Konnect, our curated community of technology experts.
The Incentive Trip provides an opportunity to strengthen relationships between team members who might not usually work together face-to-face. It also serves as a powerful motivator, encouraging our people to excel. As Raisa Marcucci Pedro, a Senior Account Executive in Brazil, said, “I enjoyed every moment of my time in Dubai. I felt even more connected to the team, and this trip has certainly motivated me to continue achieving great results.”
The trip began with a welcome dinner at the Atlantis, The Palm (the iconic resort hotel), setting the stage for a week filled with excitement and celebration. The group enjoyed a mix of luxury and adventure, exploring Dubai’s world-renowned landmarks and experiencing the best the city has to offer. One of the highlights was a breathtaking desert evening at the restaurant Al Hadheerah, where our team savored a traditional Bedouin feast under the stars, surrounded by the Arabian dunes.
Reflecting on the experience, Patricia Cini da Silva, K2 University Sales Associate in Brazil, said: “This year’s Incentive Trip was a spectacle of beauty and luxury. K2 booked an unbelievable resort. It was an unreal experience that only a company like K2, which cares about its people so much, would provide! I loved it.”
The grand finale of the trip was a glamorous gala at another luxury hotel, the FIVE Jumeirah Resort, where the group was honored for their achievements throughout the past year. The evening was a true celebration of the hard work, talent, and dedication that drives K2’s success, capping off a week of unforgettable memories.
