London, 5 March 2026 – K2 Partnering Solutions has appointed Valentino Bonadeni as SAP Practice Director for EMEA, further strengthening the company’s consulting leadership and capabilities across the SAP ecosystem.
This strategic appointment supports K2’s continued investment in expanding its SAP consulting services and delivering high-value transformation programs for clients across the EMEA region.
Valentino brings more than 25 years of experience at the forefront of digital transformation, having built a distinguished career within SAP. Throughout his career, he has supported top-tier international clients, led large-scale SAP initiatives, managed critical escalations, and advised C-suite executives on complex business and technology transformations.
Combining deep technical expertise with strong program leadership, Valentino leverages PMP and SAP Activate best practices to deliver structured, results-oriented outcomes. He is known for his holistic approach to transformation, aligning technology delivery with organizational culture, governance, and long-term business objectives.
In his new role, Valentino will lead the growth and development of K2’s SAP practice across EMEA. He will focus on strengthening strategic partnerships within the SAP ecosystem, advising C-suite clients on high-value transformation initiatives, and driving regional business growth.
Valentino will also play a key role in building high-performing SAP consulting teams, ensuring delivery excellence, and establishing strong governance frameworks aligned with K2’s global consulting strategy.
