K2 Partnering Solutions appoints Ashok Vemuri as Chair of the Board

Ashok Vemuri brings a strong track record of leading large-scale transformation and growth in the technology services sector. Most recently, as CEO of Conduent, he oversaw the company’s evolution into an independent digital business services organization following its separation from Xerox. Prior to that, he successfully transformed IGATE as CEO, driving strategic changes that culminated in its acquisition by Capgemini. His leadership journey began at Infosys, where he spent over a decade shaping global strategy and operations across key markets.

Vemuri currently serves on the board of The Kroger Co. and Opal Fuels and has been recognized as a Young Global Leader (YGL) by the World Economic Forum and Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards.
