So K2 has been ranked as the 7th most socially engaged global recruitment firm in LinkedIn’s annual awards. This is an outstanding achievement for many reasons, but two immediately stand out to me.
Firstly, K2’s rise in the rankings from 9th position in 2015 to 7th place this year – out of a field of some 60,000 recruitment firms registered on LinkedIn – is testament to the hard work and creativity we’ve put into our social strategy over the past 12 months.
Secondly, and more importantly, it’s an illustration of the forward thinking way we do business here at K2. Whether it’s developing our own private social community for our freelancers, K2 Konnect, or taking the lead reskilling SAP consultants with K2 SAP Learning Hub, K2 is always pushing the boundaries of what digital transformation can do for our customers, our talent and our business.
The ranking takes into account the social reach, employee engagement, employment brand and content marketing power of search and staffing firms on LinkedIn and winning the accolade of being one of the most socially engaged recruitment firms on the planet is yet more evidence that at K2 we truly embrace new digital opportunities to grow our business.
